About me:
I’m Scotti Moody,
a creative currently based in Arkansas, though my work is increasingly drawn toward Scotland. I spent my early adult years traveling the world as a pro cyclist, which opened doors to diverse cultures and unique places.
I currently work as a freelance photographer and media strategist for independent brands based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
In 2026, I am finishing an MLitt degree at the University of the Highlands and Islands (Scotland), where my academic work continues to inform my creative practice.
Because I came to photography through a love for literature, my photography is naturally rooted in storytelling. Most of my work explores the relationship between people, place, and the things that bring us together, particularly through food, land, and community. Whether it’s a wedding, a harvest, or a corporate dinner, I bring that same approach to documenting the people, and, relationships, and details, the little in-between moments that make the occasion memorable. I’m drawn to photographs that feel natural, artistic, candid, and full of personality. When someone looks back at a photograph I’ve taken, I hope they remember the way it FELT to be in that moment.
When I’m not outdoors, brand-building, or behind the camera, I’m studying Scottish Gaelic, drinking coffee, and journaling.
